We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Job Summary The Ambulatory Services Director is responsible for management of all ambulatory programs at Natchaug, Windham, and Backus Hospitals including all services offered at those programs (e.g. partial hospital, intensive outpatient, extended day treatment, outpatient, assessment, and IICAPS). They will partner with the Regional Director of Ambulatory Services in the development of strategic initiatives and is responsible for the execution, adoption and standardization of these initiatives throughout the ambulatory programs. Qualifications Current CT licensure in one of the following:
LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, PsyD Master's Degree in a behavioral health field At least five years' experience working with a behavioral health population At least five years in a management position Experience with chemical dependency population, preferred We take great care of careers.
